Whether it’s shifting ownership or new reimbursement models, change is a constant in the healthcare industry. As leaders, we are tasked with juggling multiple needs during periods of transition: ensuring high-quality care, remaining profitable, maintaining regulatory compliance, and equipping staff with the tools to adapt successfully.
Drawing from basic principles of human psychology, this webinar presented by Jennifer Loehr provides a foundational approach to guiding your organization through current and future shifts. Leaders will gain evidence-based tools for navigating and monitoring progress, and for directing their teams toward necessary, compliant, and efficient change.
