The course will provide an understanding of the overall return-to-work process. The course will explore the various types of injuries and the industries in which these typically occur. The rehabilitation professionals' impact on the injured worker is identified both prior to and after injury, along with the ways in which rehabilitation professionals impact the injured worker during both of these phases. An interview with an occupational health clinician provides insight into a typical day, and the role of collaboration between rehabilitation professionals and occupational health clinicians is assessed.
