Charles McDonough is an experienced healthcare professional with vast experience in operational leadership and change management within post-acute systems, focusing on in-home care. He has dedicated his professional career to establishing industry-leading methodologies in post-acute … operations, specializing in process and procedure optimization, expense reduction through lean management principles, and developing/implementing technical and operational care solutions. Charles currently oversees Interim HealthCare of the Upstate, a regional post-acute services provider, ensuring a high level of care that is both patient-centered and based on clinical best practices.

Joseph Brence, PT, DPT, MBA, FAAOMPT

Head of Clinical Strategy at MedBridge

Joseph is an energetic healthcare innovator and leader with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence, specifically focusing on strategies to transform the delivery of post-acute care. Joseph is currently employed by MedBridge as the Head of Home and Community Care Strategy … and Solutions. Prior to this role, he focused on innovation, strategy and education within the post-acute division of a large IDFS. Joseph is an equity partner at the Nxt Gen Institute of Physical Therapy and sits on the advisory board for the Rangos School of Health Sciences at Duquesne University. He has assisted with national healthcare strategy efforts at the American Physical Therapy Association, as well as the Department of the VA. Joseph is also a faculty member at NYU as a course lead for entrepreneurship and strategic management.
