Physical therapy practice is a business, operating within a dynamic, ever-changing health care industry. Emerging evidence supports the need for business literacy within clinical practice. Specifically, all health care practitioners should have a fundamental knowledge and understanding of the financial, marketing, human resource, and operational functions of an organization or practice. Practical skill development will be emphasized and participants will be invited to engage interactively throughout the entire program.
