Anna works to make sure our Home Exercise Program is running swimmingly. She's passionate about helping others and spends her spare time volunteering in the neurology department at Swedish Hospital.
I have a passion for helping others and MedBridge constantly works to find new ways to improve patient outcomes and teach clinicians new skills.
Aquamarine. It's a coincidence that it's also the same color as the bottom of swimming pools.
In college, I worked in a Physical Therapy clinic and was an exercise model for MedBridge when they first built out the HEP platform. It has been fun to go from being on one side of the camera to planning the shoots and researching new content.

I love all of the great people that work here. I also love that the HEP program reaches so many people. Even if one person uses the program and it helps in their recovery, my job is worth it.
Working on the gym exercises was a lot of fun. We were able to shoot in a local gym, and then take the footage and make it look like we filmed in studio. It was quite the process and very rewarding.
