Updating the MedBridge GO App
To conduct a Telehealth Virtual Visit using the MedBridge GO app on your mobile device, you’ll need the newest version of the MedBridge GO app.
Manually Updating the MedBridge Go App
i. Manual Updates: Apple/iOS
- Open the App Store, then tap Today at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
- Scroll down to see which apps have available updates. If MedBridge GO has an available update, tap Update next to the app.

ii. Manual Updates: Android
- Open the Google Play Store app

- Tap Menu menuchevron_right My apps & games.
- Apps with an update available are labeled "Update." You can also search for a specific app.
- Tap Update.

Turning on Auto-Updates for the MedBridge Go App
i. Automatic Updates: Apple/iOS
- Open Settings on your iOS device
- Open iTunes & App Store
- Under “Automatic Downloads”, toggle “App Updates” to On (green)

ii. Automatic Updates: Android
- Open the Google Play Store app

- Tap Menu menuchevron_right My apps & games.
- Apps with an update available are labeled "Update." You can also search for a specific app.
- Under “Keep your apps up-to-date, click “Turn on”
