Description

The world of health care is constantly changing, and we can no longer treat in a silo and expect to provide a well-rounded level of care. Each discipline brings a very unique skill set to the care of our patients, creating new opportunities for interdisciplinary teams to drive improved outcomes.

This
webinar will provide participants the basic foundation for the creation of an interdisciplinary team and different types of rounds that can be performed in various settings. Participants will be able bring back to their clinic the core knowledge of interdisciplinary care and establishment of scheduled rounding.
