Talli Rosenbaum, MSc, PT, IF AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, earned a Masters in Clinical Sociology and Counseling from the University of North Texas in Neve Yerushalayim. She also has a bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. Talli is the only AASECT certified sex therapist who is also a pelvic floor physical therapist and is an internationally recognized expert on the role of combined physiotherapy and sex therapy in the treatment of sexual pain disorders. She is a full member of the International Academy of Sex Research and she serves as an associate editor of the Journal of Sexual Medicine. She has also been awarded status of ISSWSH Fellow.
In addition to maintaining an active private practice, Talli lectures in the Bar-Ilan Sex Therapy Program, the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Medicine program in Sexual Rehabilitation, the Puah Institute, and the Israeli Institute for Marriage and Family Studies. She is also co-director of the bi-yearly training program for pelvic floor physiotherapists in Israel. In addition, she acts as academic coordinator for a course in sexuality education run by Yahel: The Center For Jewish Intimacy and has authored over 20 peer reviewed journal articles and several book chapters on sexual health, unconsummated marriage, and sexuality and Judaism.
Talli has served on the board of directors and scientific committees of ISSWSH and as AASECT counselor certifications and international outreach chairperson. Currently she serves as International Region Membership Chair of AASECT. She also serves as comptroller for the Intercultural Center for Human Sexuality and Family Life.
