Mike Ploski Instructor Bio:
Mike Ploski has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 1986, a Physical Therapist since 1988, and Board Certified in Orthopedics since 1998. He is a Clinical Advisor and Instructor for Graston Technique, LLC. Trained by David Graston in 1996, he is one of the original Graston Technique providers and original instructors. He is the former Clinic Director of GrasTech, the original GT clinic, and former traveling clinician for the PGA Tour and the CART auto racing league. As a foremost authority on Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, he lectures on this topic worldwide. Mike currently maintains a clinical practice at Body One Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation in Indianapolis, IN. Specializing in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic injuries, Mike utilizes GT heavily in his daily practice.
