Ed Le Cara

DC, PhD, MBA, ATC, CSCS

Dr. Le Cara has been a strength and conditioning coach, athletic trainer, and chiropractor for more than 20 years. He holds a PhD in athletic training and is board certified in both sports medicine and rehabilitation. He currently co-owns a boutique multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic in Dallas, Texas--Body Lounge Park Cities--where he treats patients full-time. Ed has been using blood flow restriction training (BFRT) with his patients since 2015. He has lectured and taught at more than 50 courses and conferences, has developed continuing education programs, and is writing a book about BFRT for clinicians and the general public.
