The second course in this series outlines and further deepens the running analysis by using a running-specific movement analysis and physical examination. The focus will be on evaluating areas that have the greatest clinical impact on injury. A review of the specific biomechanics and movement demands of running, followed by the physical clinical examination and summarization of both the subjective and objective histories, are all key to this course.

Matthew Walsh, BSc, PT, SPG Level III (Aus)

Matthew specializes in running-related injuries, sports injuries, and spinal pain. He is the director of Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery's Motion Lab, as well as Rebound's running clinics. He is an active educator and teaches musculoskeletal diagnosis and rehabilitation methods to physical therapists on a national and international level.
