Understanding the Opportunity in Lifestyle Medicine is the first in a series of 10+ courses on exploring the application of Lifestyle Medicine in your personal practice with patients and building a successful model for your facility. The curriculum was created with the American Medical Association's Model of Physician Competencies for prescribing Lifestyle Medicine. The course also provides specific insight into the Vital Signs of a healthy lifestyle and the conditions they impact. Physical Activity and exercise and the evolving role of physical therapy is illuminated.
