1. Interdisciplinary Team Assessment
This chapter will explore pain beliefs and coping across the life span, including appropriate assessment tools for different ages and clinical areas. This chapter will debunk common myths of pain assessment.
2. A Multimodal Interdisciplinary Team Approach to Pain Assessment Across the Life Span and Clinical Setting
This chapter will explore the comorbidities of chronic pain, including mental health disturbances, sleep disturbance, secondary gain, ineffective pain control, and malingering. A case example will be provided.
