In this series, participants will explore strategies for coaching for development. Leaders will often find more success in utilizing a coaching leadership style than authoritarian or other leadership styles. This series explores 1:1 meetings and annual performance reviews as well as strategies for negotiating feedback, including asking for feedback, and critical, or developmental feedback to team members. These skills are reinforced throughout the series with practical examples and scenarios.
