2. The Restorative Nursing Team
This chapter describes the different restorative nursing team members and defines their roles and responsibilities as part of the program.
3. MDS Restorative Nursing Documentation Requirements
This chapter will review what restorative nursing activities are captured on the MDS, and explain how to accurately capture minutes of restorative nursing provided.
4. The Restorative Nursing Process
The final chapter of this course discusses the seven steps of the restorative nursing process to ensure an interdisciplinary team approach that is individualized to the residents’ needs.
