Chapter 1 discusses head and neck cancer (HNC) treatment planning based on the pretreatment diagnostic workup. Key points on the progression of HNC from diagnosis to treatment are presented in this chapter.
2. Surgical and Reconstructive Options in Head and Neck Cancer
Chapter 2 identifies current surgical approaches and reconstruction options appropriate in the management of HNC. Details on the reconstructive ladder and critical factors, including head and neck treatment guidelines and prognostic indicators, are identified.
