Brainy health and fitness through Lifestyle Medicine is an evidence-based approach designed for providers interested in offering a program where prescribed exercise, nutrition and wellness intersect to help people proactively manage their brain health. We will outline the evidence for specific exercise prescription to improve brain health. We will also explore the role of simple nutritional, sleep & stress management wellness education. In addition, we will share the role of brain training and cognitive challenges in creating optimal performance at any age.
