Using accountable language shows others how you create your own level of accountability. Through modeling accountable language and promoting accountable language in others, leaders create a team dynamic that supports organizational change. In this scenario, we see how blaming, excuse making, and denying creates a bigger problem and how stating the reality of the situation can help one move forward to find solutions.
