Join the team shaping the future of healthcare. MedBridge is looking for a highly motivated, cross-functional Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Specialist with a proven track record of success in managing accounts receivable and helping to improve cash flow. 

The AR Collections Specialist is responsible for helping to manage the accounts receivable and collection process while helping drive automation and exceptional customer relations.  The AR Collections Specialist will report to the VP of Finance. 

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with the MedBridge finance team to analyze, reconcile, and collect accounts receivable.   

  • Establish and maintain good customer service and relations regarding the collection of overdue balances.

  • Process check, credit card, ACH, or other electronic payments.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments when dealing with customer accounts and outstanding invoices.

  • Assist in streamlining collection processes and help recommend improvements.

  • Research short-pays or overpayments to determine if any adjustments or collections are necessary.

  • Perform any other duties as may be required.

About You:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounts receivable / collections.

  • Quick learner and great at multitasking with ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Comfortable in a hands-on, individual contributor type role with 1 - 5 team members.

  • Experience with systems such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, & Salesforce is a plus.

  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills to both customers, employees, and other stakeholders

  • Strong customer service skills.
