Are you looking for a job that has a positive impact on the world - somewhere you can not only grow your skills while working on cool products, but also make a real difference in people’s lives? As a Pre-Production Producer, you’ll be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts to create high-quality educational content. Our instructors are expert clinicians working throughout the care continuum, and you’ll be responsible for helping them translate their content into engaging and motivating e-learning material. Your responsibilities will span from the high-level design of courses, to securing models and equipment, to leading video shoots at our studio in Kirkland and off-site locations.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the educational development continuum, including MedBridge colleagues, instructors, and consultants
  • Lead courses through the design lifecycle, including managing the development of instructional materials, purchasing equipment, securing off-site filming locations, facilitating patient demos, etc.
  • Plan and direct video shoots at our studio in Kirkland, and occasional off-site locations
  • Partner with other members of the production team to ensure high-quality editorial, motion graphics, and content review prior to course launch

About You:

Your experience includes direct work with clients, with a keen ability to manage their expectations and ensure a world-class experience. Strong communication skills are key, as you’ll need to motivate busy professionals to complete prep work necessary for filming their course. As a Pre Production Producer, you’ll also translate our filming and post-production process in a way that is easily understood to our instructors, many of whom have no prior video experience. In addition, you’re able to work a varied schedule, including occasional weekends and off-site travel as well as pick up instructors from their hotel and drive them to/from our studio in Kirkland.

Required Skills/Desired Qualifications:

  • 0 - 2 years experience leading production projects or programs
  • Previous experience leading and producing video content
  • Collaborative approach to project and program management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational abilities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to think quickly on your feet
